About Me: I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in clinical practice. I’m originally from a small town in New Brunswick and have had the unique opportunity to complete my studies in several Canadian provinces. My experiences have also taken me abroad, where I resided in Ireland and gained further insight into the field. While I now call Alberta home, I maintain my licenses in both Alberta and Ontario, allowing me to serve a broad community.

Solution-Focused Therapy: To focus on present and future goals.

Strengths-Based Therapy: To build on existing strengths and resources.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): For trauma processing.

Narrative Therapy: To help clients re-author their life stories.

Play Therapy: I have a particular passion for working with children through play, which can be effectively done both in-person and virtually.
